LEARNING GOALS FOR TwoS

Most children who enter the Twos Class are the younger toddlers transitioning from the Toddler Class, having spent a year in the program. These children have acquired their basic skills of navigating in a group setting, being in the process, or even having met their toilet learning goals. This is a small group with one teacher, and it has its own unique dynamics of a classroom. The Twos Class continues learning in Circle Time in the mornings, and exploring the school materials to make their own important discoveries. The teacher, as the most competent learner in the group, guides the two-year-olds learning by introducing social concepts of engaging in different types of play.
